1. Orders & Payments

• Full payment is required to secure all custom cake orders and specialty dessert orders unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Custom Orders

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate details including flavors, designs, colors, themes, and event dates.
• While we strive to match inspiration photos, every dessert is handmade and will have its own unique appearance.
• Big Back University LLC reserves the right to use creative discretion when completing custom designs.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time.
• Delivery is available for an additional fee when offered.
• Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Big Back University LLC is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the time, preparation, and ingredients involved, all sales are final.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds or credits are provided only at the discretion of Big Back University LLC.

5. Allergies & Ingredients

• Our desserts may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
• Customers with food allergies are responsible for informing us before placing an order.
• Big Back University LLC cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Product Care

• Cakes and desserts should be stored according to the care instructions provided.
• For the best taste and quality, products should be enjoyed within the recommended time frame.

7. Photography & Marketing

• Big Back University LLC reserves the right to photograph and share images of desserts for advertising, social media, and promotional purposes.

8. Customer Satisfaction

We take pride in our products and customer experience. Any concerns regarding an order must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, along with photos when applicable.
